SwiftRoom provides corporate-focused logistics and fulfillment services, including but not limited to:

  • Same-day and scheduled deliveries

  • Corporate mail and document delivery

  • Dispatch and last-mile delivery services

  • Seller order fulfillment and customer delivery support

All services are subject to availability, service area limitations, and operational capacity.


2. Eligibility and Use

Our services are intended for businesses, organizations, and authorized individuals acting on behalf of a business. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful.


3. Service Requests and Acceptance

Service requests may be made through our website, email, phone, or approved communication channels.
All service requests are subject to acceptance by SwiftRoom. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request at our discretion, including requests that violate these Terms or applicable laws.


4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is based on service type, delivery distance, urgency, and operational requirements.

  • All fees must be paid as agreed before or upon service execution, unless otherwise stated in a written contract.

5. Prohibited Items

Clients must not request delivery of illegal, dangerous, or restricted items, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal substances or contraband

  • Hazardous materials

  • Perishable goods without prior written approval

  • Items prohibited by Nigerian law

SwiftRoom reserves the right to inspect packages where legally permitted and to refuse prohibited items.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Accurate package details and delivery instructions

  • Proper packaging of items to ensure safe handling

  • Ensuring recipients are available at delivery locations

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

SwiftRoom is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information or improper packaging.


7. Delivery and Service Limitations

While we strive to meet agreed delivery timelines, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
SwiftRoom shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, civil unrest, force majeure events, or recipient unavailability.


8. Liability and Risk

  • SwiftRoom exercises reasonable care in handling items but does not insure shipments unless expressly agreed in writing.

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid for the specific delivery.

  • SwiftRoom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.


9. Proof of Delivery and Reporting

Delivery completion may be confirmed through signed acknowledgment, delivery confirmation records, or service reports provided to the client.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on https://swiftroom.ng/, including text, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of SwiftRoom or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.


11. Termination
